We had a sneak peek of the Kendrick Lamar’s new Cortez back when he posted it on his Instagram last year, showing details of the “Don’t Trip” ribbon as well as Chinese lettering on the forefoot spelling out DAMN., all in reference to his latest album.

We thought the model was dead when King Kendrick instead released the Cortez Kenny 1, featuring an all-white design with DAMN. stitching on the outer portion and the Swoosh on the medial side. We were quite disappointed, to say the least, but alas, much like the whole depiction and reference of the album, Kung Fu Kenny rose from the dead, and while there is no confirmed release date, a drop is planned on the NBA All-Star Weekend.

Both models complement each other, but if we could only have one pair, we’d take the Kung Fu Kenny over the Kenny 1, hands down. Just be ready to drop USD 100 (Approximately RM 400) for a pair of these lovelies. We’ll keep you updated for a release info. In the meantime, drool over in the pictures.
