If you’re a fan of The Strokes, this is the closest you can get to seeing them live. Umobile is bringing The Strokes’ guitarist, Albert Hammond Jr. to town this upcoming July and fans on Twitter can’t contain their excitement. Through his Twitter account, Albert Hammond Jr. posted the official poster of the party with “See you soon, Malaysia! “ as the caption.
The ‘Born Slippy’ singer is set to perform at The Bee, Publika in a private pre-fest event where you have to be personally invited by Umobile to attend. More details can be found in the poster.
Albert Hammond Jr. is the last member to join the New York indie rock band, The Strokes ever since the band’s formation in 1998. Ever since the release of their critically-acclaimed debut album Is This It, Albert Hammond Jr. has embarked on his own solo career, releasing 4 albums over the course of 12 years.
