Guardian promotes positive body image in new documentary

Pharmacy giant Guardian Malaysia has just released this beautiful new short documentary called ‘True Complexion’. The documentary was the product of the cooperation between local artist Rozella Marie and photographer Melissa Toh and aims to promote positive body image by reminding everyone that beauty is a matter of confidence, not just looks or physical fitness. ‘True Complexion’ sees Rozella and Melissa tell the stories of the photographs they had taken of ordinary people in Malaysia- sometimes struggling with life post-breast cancer, or even a local paralympic athlete who lives his dreams despite his cerebral palsy.
