egnewbeegame1

  • 14 minutes into the game Newbee has a good start as the score is 8-1
  • Newbee’s kill lead was shortly lived as Sven with an Echo Saber was able to equalize the game with SumaiL’s Storm Spirit, once again showing us its worth
  • Winter Wyvern’s Cold Embraces saves SumaiL over and over again as Newbee is heavily reliant on physical damage.
  • Sven with Storm Spirit as the damage dealers and the two supports Winter Wyvern and Io as the save the two carriers, looks to be unstoppable as they destroy Newbee’s base forcing the GG. 25-9 and SumaiL’s Storm Spirit with 30 Bloodstone charges.

Game 2

egnewbeegame2

  • Newbee leaves their Lifestealer alone and is constantly being picked off by EG
  • SumaiL’s Timbersaw with a 15 minute Bloodstone wrecks Newbee and had 16 charges by 24 minutes with a KDA of 6/0/1
  • SumaiL’s Timbersaw proves deadly as even the number one net worth hero by far Newbee’s Alchemist couldn’t compete, as Newbee gets team wiped
  • Newbee’s still was able to keep even with EG’s kill score, however most of the deaths on EG were UNiVeRsE’s Faceless Void and PPD’s Shadow Demon
  • With a Octarine Core, Hex, Dagon Timbersaw, EG was finally able to end the game at the 70 minute mark with double wipe as Newbee no longer had any more buybacks

OG vs TnC

2 Game Highlights:

Game 1

Match ID: http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/2560158271

tncoggame1

  • Fly’s Witch Doctor constantly gets caught out as he feeds five deaths before the 15 mark to TnC
  • Consistently in most of the early team fights, the Lifestealer/Axe infest bomb proves devastating. Miracle-’s Medusa seems to be the only one to survive as TnC kites the Medusa
  • TnC took the game slow as they slowly whittle down the base of OG
  • Phantom Lancer proves to be difficult for OG to handle as Medusa’s mana keeps getting drained leading to OG GG-ing out at the 54 minute mark

Game 2

Match ID: http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/2560226228

tncoggame2

  • TnC drafts an aggressive push strategy with a Drow Ranger and Huskar
  • Io, Ogre Magi and Dark Seer proved too much to handle for TnC during the laning phase
  • TnC.Raven’s Drow proved deadly throughout the match as the silence from Gust and the Frost Arrows was enough to fend off OG
  • TnC even with a 15k-20k deficit still manages to defend against an Ember Spirit and Tiny/Io combo
  • Even with the Ember Spirit Rapier, a well placed Chronosphere from Sam_H proves once again proves the utility of a Faceless Void as TnC ignore the barracks and goes straight for the throne
  • TnC were able to make short work of the OG cores as TnC knows OG out of TI6 on day 2
