Minimalism and athleisure show no sign of slowing down, so it’s only fitting that ECCO launched their INTRINSIC TR and KINHIN collections recently. The Danish brand combines style and comfort effortlessly, and they’re looking to tap into the Malaysian market’s potential.

“ECCO has always been about combining style and comfort and we look

forward to bringing something new and exciting to Kuala Lumpur.” said

Martin Hein, Retail Director for ECCO Singapore & Malaysia.

The INTRINSIC TR takes inspiration from trail running and the athleisure trend – it’s perfect for showing off your street style. Its clean design is built for movement – and the sole is direct-injected with a soft and flexible TPU/PU sole that is able to provide the grip you need. The brand describes this as a merge between the worlds of style and sports, a lifestyle sneaker that allows them to live an active lifestyle without sacrificing style or trends.

Nature’s best meets technological innovation, and that’s what the KINHIN range brings to you. Minimalist never goes out of style, and this Danish design uses leather and cork. This light and flexible sneaker has a unique cork inlay sole, giving wearers the benefit of natural moisture wicking. In both high-top and low-rise styles, men and women will appreciate the minimal lacing pattern and natural milled leather uppers.

“KINHIN is a walking meditation method in Zen Buddhism that is all about

feeling the walk, the motions in the foot, and the connection to the ground.

As its Buddhist definition suggests, ECCO KINHIN is truly ‘meditation for the

feet,’” said Hein.

Both collections are now available at all ECCO stores in Malaysia retailing

between MYR 689 and MYR 799.
