In conjunction with the launch of OPPO F5 (priced at RM1,289), OPPO Malaysia held their first sale roadshow at Sunway Pyramid in Kuala Lumpur on 11th November 2017 (Saturday), featuring the special appearance of the new F5 ‘Selfie Icon’, Eric Chou. This meant that some lucky O-fans got to meet the Taiwanese singer!

During the roadshow, Eric Chou introduced and did a demo of the new feature of the F5; the A.I. Beauty Recognition technology, “which is designed to take selfie photography to a whole new level by personalizing beautification on a selfie image.” On top of that, the first 50 customers who purchased F5 during the roadshow received Eric Chou’s signed autograph and took selfies with him!

Additionally, along the sale of the F5, Zalman Aefendy Zainal Abidin, Chief Marketing Officer of Celcom Axiata Berhad said that Celcom is excited to partner with OPPO and given the exclusive opportunity to debut the OPPO F5.

OPPO Malaysia also recently announced their collaboration with Garena’s Arena of Valor (AOV). To make things merrier, a tournament was hosted at the F5 debut road show for two days, using the F5 devices that was prepared on site. The top ranked team received prizes which included a reward card for a hero character, a wristband and a keychain.
