Rockstar presents its Red Dead Redemption 2 trailer. The trailer reveals that the game would be a prequel to the first Red Dead Redemption which sets back 12 year before it, in 1899. The game will be out on 26th of October in PS4 and Xbox One.
For anyone is new with Red Dead Redemption (RDR), the game is like GTA but with a wild west setting and it also have the sandbox properties too. In RDR, John Marston, the protagonist, was an ex bank robber who reverted from his robbery days. Yet again, he is force to go back to those dark times when his wife and son was kidnapped by agents so that he would agree to them to hunt down his old mates in crime. As RDR 2 is set to be a prequel to RDR, the main character seems to be a different person even though you still can see John Marston there avid looking a bit younger. You could see the wound that gave him the scar in RDR in the trailer and probably would reveal some of his past in RDR 2.
The first RDR was amazing and quite revolutionary because of its graphic and storyline, which actually set the bars high for other games in that era. If you like games that pays attention to details, RDR 2 has a shitload of it and if you prefer stealing horses than cars, this game is for you, well, just saying. Think of it as GTA but in the wild west.
