If working out for yourself isn’t enough, then you’ll be glad to hear that Hiit2Fit KL has launched the Total Tone Women’s Transformation program – a new initiative that will donate 30% of all revenue to Woman’s Aid Organization (WAO).

The program will inspire and educate women on a sustainable healthy lifestyle as well as create a sense of community for women to have fun and enjoy themselves during workouts. At the same time, the initiative promotes equality for women by raising awareness and funds to donate to Woman’s Aid Organization (WAO).

As we know, female bodies are difficult to get in shape. According to popular belief, men have it easier than us just because our biology works that way. This program will help to ensure that all women will get a fair education on how to maintain a healthy physique and at the same time feel good about it.

This program will be 10 weeks long, with a fixed schedule to follow. Hiit2Fit KL along with their partners will gear up all the participants with the right equipment and nutrition advice, making it easy to follow.

There are several partners involved in this program – Under Armour Malaysia for workout apparel, Sanctband Global for workout equipment, Redbull for energy drink, Heal Nutrition for Protein drink, Rawsome, Fin.KL, Cabana & Amazin’s Graze for healthy diet. Participants also have a personal nutritionist that will be available for consultations during the 10 week program.

The participants received a goodie bag filled with vouchers, sports equipment, sports apparel, protein powder, Redbull and shampoo. In addition, participants received a full body test from InBody.

So if you’re interested to see how I fare for this program, keep reading this space as I update you on my journey throughout the weeks for Total Tone!
